Characteristics of the IPX5 Receiving Station

The IPX5 receiving station by PULSON is a component of an intelligent system for monitoring the statuses and events generated by alarm control panels, designed to work with PULSON subscriber transmitters. The system has been designed in accordance with Polish standards for alarm systems and alarm signal transmission.

The IPX5 software operates in a Linux environment and receives data from subscriber transmitters and alarm panels via a LAN network. The received information is decrypted, decoded, and then forwarded to external monitoring agency database systems via RS232 or TCP/IP (XML) interfaces.
